We had a very disappointing stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was not up to par, with significant issues reported in the bathrooms. While some staff members tried to be helpful, the overall service left much to be desired. The food quality was poor, and we struggled with limited dining options. On a positive note, the hotel is close to beautiful beaches which we loved exploring, but unfortunately, that's where the positives ended for us.
